Medical Coverage
We participate with many medical insurances, including Medicare, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, The Empire Plan, MVP, Cigna, CDPHP, Aetna, Wellcare, and Affinity. Ask the staff if you have another plan.
Medical coverage and vision coverage are not the same. Our staff can explain which applies to your visit.
Vision Plans
Vision plans accepted include VSP, EyeMed, Davis, Spectera, Affinity, and others. Many plans require us to use their laboratory. Our licensed opticians check every order against ANSI standards before it is dispensed.
We accept cash, CareCredit, and credit or debit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover). A card fee of 3.5% may apply. You will be told the total and any cash discount at the time of service.
